Tents

The kids are really into building forts. They build and rebuild several every day and they're getting really good at it! Pillows and blankets are gathered from all over the house and furniture is moved around to accommodate their complex building plans. It's good teamwork too!

I took this picture of the monitor. Reid insisted on sleeping in his tent for the night - he is laying in the floor behind his bed, underneath all of that! He lasted about 5 min and said it was too hot :)

Take my picture!

Sierra is really into wanting me to take pictures of things all the time. Sometimes it's of her doing something and other times it's of a puzzle or picture she made. And of course, Reid now asks for just as many too.

Here are some of the current ones on my phone...

This one she said was a "cool design" at the end of our Chicken Foot game :)

And on and on....  :)

River R&R

Every time the Davises have invited us down for a day at the river house in Wimberely, we have loved our time there!

It is so peaceful, calm, relaxing!

Little hugger

I do not ever want to forget this, because I know that one day it will pass.

At random times throughout the day (every day now for a couple months), Reid stops what he's doing and runs up to me and gives me a really big hug. Most of the time he says "I love you" at the same time...and then he runs back to what he was doing.

It is the sweetest thing ever. I love love love it!!!!!!

When they grow up...

Sierra wants to be a Mommy and a "singer on the radio" (almost 5 yrs old)

--------------------

Reid wants to "drive a crane" (3 yrs old)

Mr. Tough Guy

Someone thinks they're big and strong and tough! And the tough guy sounds and roars that go along with these faces are awesome. Love our little man!

Haha, we finally got him to play (a princess game) with us...and then he acted like this :)

Preschool Performance

Sierra's class has been practicing for their end of year performance since January...that's a long time to keep it secret for a 4 year old!

It was adorable! Kyle, Reid and I all got to go watch and Sierra did great!!!

As they were waiting for all the parents to get there, the girls circled up for an impromptu Frozen sing-a-long!

And then Dylan crashed the girlie circle :)

They all lined up, Ms. Jill started the music and they had a different song for each month of the school year. Some were silly, some sweet and some about Jesus' story - Christmas and Easter. It was so special to get a glimpse of all the different personalities and friendships. We loved it and Sierra was a star!!!

With her sweet teachers, Ms. Jill and Ms. Jenny
