Reid's "beds"

Reid is so funny about how he sleeps. Some nights he wants to sleep on the floor - he makes himself a little pallet with a pillow, a blanket to lay on and one to cover him, some buddies and his water. Some nights he wants his head at the foot of the bed. Some nights he pits all of his buddies in the bed and other nights he only wants one. Each night is different in some way. But whatever his plan is for that night, he is particular and stubborn about it. As long as its not a safety issue, we let him decide ...stopped fighting that battle long ago.

He built a fort/cave in the small space between his bed and the wall. He went to sleep back there but when I checked on him later, he had tucked himself back into his bed. The next morning he told me it was too hot in the fort.
