so we've been wanting to paint our kitchen and living room for a while now. we kept repeating the words (which i would later come to regret), "we just want more color" because of the blah neutral that's there.
we decide to head to lowe's to search their oops paint - when someone orders a specific color to be mixed and they mess up, lowe's turns around and sells it for really cheap...it's their oops.
well, we found a few that we liked, - based on the tiny dab on the lid - picked one and came home to start painting the kitchen. ...and to make a long story short, we now have a very orange kitchen! after a week, it's slightly starting to grow on me...but i did NOT expect it to be soo orange.
we asked for color and we sure got it! after our oops oops, it might now be awhile before we take on the living room!

ReplyDeleteJen, our kitchen is orange, too. Except for it's not just one color orange, but two. There's a chair rail dividing a lower burnt Texas orange from an upper tangerine orange. It came like that when Will bought the house and I hated it first but it has definitely grown on me. Love the collection of mates!
